Day 2 of 30 keto challenge

Woke up feeling hungry.

Had to eat some bacons while I was preparing packed lunch of my son.

At around 10am, I had the mistake of drinking yakult, 80ml yogurt drink with 11g of carb! Oh nooooo!

At 11am, I ate 2 boiled eggs with some himalayan salt and some kimchii. I read somewhere that kimchii is good for weightloss because of the fermentation process.

Well, i am odd today but still below 50g of carb.

Will do better tomorrow.
