3rd day today! Wohoooo.
Breakfast is 2 boiled eggs with some mayo and tuna.
At lunch, we ate at mang inasal but instead of rice, i replaced it with some iceberg lettuce and put some atsuete oil with lots of fats. I am also craving for some chocolates so I ate 3pcs of ricoa flat tops (7g carb). I am aiming at 20g carb or less so at dinner maybe I will eat some ribeye steak.
